Returns

• Returns can be requested within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used cosmetic products are not eligible for return.
• Sale, discounted, or promotional items may be subject to different return conditions.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Kindly provide your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued through the applicable payment method.
